How do I know if my order was placed correctly?

Once you place an order on www.shoeshop.ie you will receive a confirmation email which will have the details of your purchase. Please keep this email in case you have any queries and need to contact us.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to change your order please contact  a member of our customer service team as soon as you can on sales@shoeshop.ie. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order as we aim to fulfil our orders  as quickly as we can but we will gladly look into any queries you may have. 

You may cancel your order 14 days after receiving your delivery. Please email us on sales@shoeshop.ie if you wish to cancel your order.

How can I pay on Shoeshop.ie?

There are many methods of payment available to you, you can use Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Laser and Paypal. Once you place an order at Shoeshop.ie your card is charged.

Are all my details secure when using this website?

We at www.shoeshop.ie use Realex to process all our orders. Realex is Europe’s payment service provider. Realex are reliable and they secure payments over the internet. We at www.shoeshop.ie do not keep credit card details and your personal details that you give us will not be shared with any third parties.

How Long does it take for my shoes to be delivered?

 Republic of Ireland

Shoeshop.ie are pleased to offer our customers within the Republic of Ireland free next day delivery on orders placed by 3PM Monday – Thursday ONLY.

Orders placed before 3PM Friday will be dispatched on Friday and will be delivered to you the customer on Monday.

Orders placed after 3PM Friday through until Sunday will be dispatched Monday and delivered to you the customer on Tuesday.

 Northern Ireland

Shoeshop.ie are pleased to offer customers within Northern Ireland FREE DELIVERY on purchases over €49. Customers from Northern Ireland can expect their purchases to be delivered to them within two working days.

Orders placed before 3PM Friday will be dispatched on Friday and will be delivered to you the customer on Tuesday.

Orders placed after 3PM Friday through until Sunday will be dispatched Monday and will be delivered to you the customer on Wednesday.

United Kingdom

Orders placed before 3PM Friday will be dispatched on Friday and will be delivered to you the customer on Wednesday.

Orders placed after 3PM Friday through until Sunday will be dispatched Monday and will be delivered to you the customer on Thursday

Please note there is €7.90 postage fee on orders of €49 or less to the UK.

What is the returns policy at shoeshop.ie?

We at shoeshop.ie are happy to refund or exchange any products you are not fully satisfied with. Products you wish to return have to be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your product, in the original packaging with a proof of purchase.  Please return the packing note received with your order.

If you wish to refund your item it may take a few days for transaction to appear on your bank statement. If the transaction does not appear within one week please contact us at sales@shoeshop.ie

Have shopeshop.ie received my returned shoes?

Once we receive the shoes returned to us in their original condition. We will then send you an email  that your shoes have arrived and your account has been debited.The payment can ONLY be refunded to the account which was used for the original order.

The time span for the money to appear in your bank account will depend on your individual bank. Please check your bank account and contact us on sales@shoeshop.ie if your refund has not processed within one week of your receiving your email confirming your return.
