How will I receive my delivery & what are the costs?

All Postage details relate to items for sale on www.shoeshop.ie only. All deliveries will be by an Post postal services. An Post use track and trace postal methods. Once your shoes have been dispatched you will receive an e-mail to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We offer FREE DELIVERY on purchases over €49.00 in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & over €79.00 in the United Kingdom.
Delivery cost for orders less than a total value of €49.00 are as follows €5.00 to Ireland, €6.80 to Northern Ireland & €7.90 to the United Kingdom.

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all Gift Vouchers. Vouchers can be personalised with a message at time of order.

Please note we are not responsible for delays by An Post which are out of our control.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, we are happy to offer a refund on goods returned within 14 days of purchase

1. BY POST We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage and use a tracking service for all returns. All returns are your responsibility until they reach us, so we would appreciate it if you could ensure that they are securely placed in the packing bag.

Step 1:Click on this link www.returnmyshopping.ie. Please note this service is only available in the Republic of Ireland. You will need a printer to use this service.

Step 2:Scroll down to Shoeshop.ie on the first drop down list and select. Select your reason for returning the item on the second drop down list. Select continue.

Step 3:Select I will drop off at a Post Office or Please collect from my address if you live in Dublin. Type in your order reference number into the next box. This will begin with CS. Fill in your details. Press Continue.

Step 4:Tick the box if you accept the An Posts terms & conditions

Step 5: Complete and Pay.

NORTHERN IRISH CUSTOMERS -  Please call us on (00353)719144872 or email us at sales@shoeshop.ie & we will organise to have your parcel collected by Fastways the next day. There will be a charge of €5.50 for this service which must be paid before we can organise the collection.

2. RETURN TO ONE OF OUR 5 STORES.  You can also return your purchase for free to any of our stores in Sligo, Navan or Mullingar .Please ensure you bring your receipt and packing note with you as well as some idenification.

Terms & Conditions for Online Returns

  • Goods returned must be in its original condition and packaging (e.g. box), with returns form enclosed. The product must be unused; handbags must have their original tag attached.
  • All returns will be inspected. We will send you a confirmation email stating that your return is being processed. The product price will be refunded by the original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale i.e. if the product is clearly marked. We are not responsible for defects arising from misuse of the products. Any products of this nature will be returned back to you.

  • We are happy to exchange sizes, provided the footwear is unworn. You will need to return your first purchase to us, we will inspect them & then send the exchange out to you. Please note any exchanges under the value of €49.00 in Ireland & Northern Ireland & under €79.00 in the U.K. will be charged postage on exchanges.
  • If your product is defective in any way or you receive the incorrect product, Please notify us by email straight away at customerservice@shoeshop.ie wihtin 24 hours of receiving the product. We will replace or refund you for the product. Please note that we do not refund postage costs except in the case of a faulty product or an incorrect delivery & only those returned to us using An Post's returnmyshopping.ie service.

  • You should expect to see your refund in your bank within 5 working days of receiving your confirmation email, however banks may differ. Please email us a sales@shoeshop.ie if you do not receive your refund after 14 working days of receiving our email. Any refunds will be completed by original form of payment.
  • This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. You have the right to cancel your order under the consumer contract legislation June 2014. Please refer to citizens advise for further information.
