This is a brochure website, however we will glady post any product you request from our website to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.  We can accept,

VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA DEBIT, LASER, MASTRO transactions over the phone. 

Once the transaction has been approved we will post the product to you with your proof of purchase.  We charge €6.00 for postage in Ireland.  FREE POSTAGE  in Ireland  (From 1st November 2011) if your total spend on full price product(s) is €120 or more.   

Returns Policy:-

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging (eg box), with receipt enclosed. We will refund the product price, but we will not refund postage costs. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale i.e if the product is clearly marked.

All prices are inclusive of VAT applicable to the Republic of Ireland but do not include delivery charges. Some children's shoes are exempt of VAT.

Please note that some of the products have on our website have two retail prices depending on size. This has been highlighted under the details of the policy.

 Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof.

If we do not have the product that you wish to purchase in stock at time of enquiry, we will endevour to source it for you from our suppliers.  This may not always be possible and we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if the product can be obtained and the approximate delivery date.

Please note that Cordners Shoes Ltd. are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers once they are purchased through our website.  For security reasons we reserve the right to ask for I.D. when you present your voucher instore.

We use your e-mail address to send you notification of the status of the order. We will contact you by e-mail or by telephone if any problems occur regarding delivery of the Voucher.
