Delivery Terms 

What happens after I order?

All Postage details relate to items for sale on www.shoeshop.ie only. All deliveries will be sent by an Post postal services. An Post use track and trace postal methods. Once your shoes have been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been dispatched.

What about gift vouchers?

We offer free delivery on all gift vouchers. Vouchers can be personalised with a message at time of order.

A note about delays

Due to the Corona virus restrictions, orders may be delayed. Thanks for your patience at this time.

From time to time we experience unexpected delays. We cannot accept responsiblilty for delays which are out of our control, for example strikes, bad weather or periods of large volume orders such as sale time or Christmas.

We endeavour to keep our customers updated on any delays and inform you of expected delivery times.

Click & Collect

As our stores are now temporarily closed due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we cannot currently offer this service.

How to use Click & Collect

  1. Place your order online
  2. Choose the option I'll collect my order instead of Please deliver to me.
  3. Please select the shop you wish to collect your order from.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

What happens next?

Once your order is ready for collection we will contact you by telephone to inform you of this. Please note that in some instances it may take up to 7 working days, occasionally longer over the Christmas period, for you order to be ready if your order needs to be transferred between our stores. When collecting your items, you will need to bring the following:

  • a copy of your order confimation email either printed or displayed on a smartphone or tablet device
  • Photographic identification, we will accept a drivers licence or passport

A nominated party may collect your order on your behalf. The person must have your order confirmation and their own photographic I.D. with them.

When you enter your selected shop, please ask at the main till in the shop and one of our sales advisors will be happy to assist you.
